| no partners | | Wanted to take Brooks somewhere different, so we went to 3 Trailheads for a variety of Jeeping in the middle of nowhere. We first started at the Haunted Canyon TH then went over to Miles Ranch TH. Got to Miles and already a car there, we decided to take a short 4 mile hike out and back on West Pinto Trail 212, met the hikers from the car at the TH they went out to the Spencer Trl and returned. Got into the Woodbury Fire area, what a shame, but the under growth is starting back. Creek was running good, but a lot of dirt and sand has been washed down by the rains. Then we went over to find Cuff Button TH ( that was fun, never been there ), road was ok up to the Horrell Ranch, but after that we turned on 305, it was a jeep lovers delight, nothing hard but rocky and slow didn't need a 4x4 but needed high clearance in some areas. Made it to Cuff Button and turned around to make the slow ride out of there. The route I attached is only from the old Iron Bridge to the various Trailheads and return to the bridge. Had a great day in the woods |
