The hike started under cloudy skies and a bit of a breeze at 54 degrees, but about a half hour into the hike, the clouds parted, and it warmed up considerably. A lot of people out today. The Sacramento River inflow is way down from a couple of weeks ago, but Castle Lake and Scott Camp Creeks are still making good contributions to the reservoir.
