| no partners | | Saw a beautiful sunrise this morning on Ridgeline trail. Few hikers out early and one group of hikers where I just missed coffee and donuts!! They were taking a break!! Headed up Mormon Loop in the wash below the trail. Saw some great rock formations and interesting terrain. Was between National and Mormon Trails in the Canyon. Don’t ask me how I got there but my sights were off this morning. When got back on the trail headed to Hidden Valley Tunnel. Can’t do the loop without checking out the tunnel!! Headed back down National and back to the truck Via Javelina Trail. Great cloud cover all day and perfect temps!! Started getting busy with bikers and hikers on the way out!! Looked like all were having a great day! It was a great day for a hike!! HAPPY HIKING!! |
