| no partners | | 1st Port on our Alaskan cruise. The port was Icy Point Straight, close to the city of Hoonah,AK on Chichagof Island.
This is one of the more than 1,100 islands that make up Alaska and everything here gets brought in by ship or seaplane.
The excursion we chose was an easy mountain bike ride to a short hike. Along the way there were stops for the history of the area, to point out the countless Bald Eagles and describe the vegetation. |
