| no partners | | In Michigan for a Friday wedding. Saturday was for winery hopping. I was able to squeeze this short hike in with my youngest brother.
Plans were for sampling more of the trails than we ended up doing. Heat, oppressive humidity and lack of official trail markings had us cutting this short. In the sand with little breeze, got toasty. While under tree cover and on hard pack, made this enjoyable with excellent views of Lake Michigan.

Off trail
Not a planned off trail, but we thought we were on the official trail. Based on the tracks, so did others. Steep dune climb up and then back down. Fun but hot.
