| no partners | | Finally made it back out to some of my favorite country for a hearty trek with great weather and perfect hiking conditions.
I know they did some AZT rerouting in this area and my hats off to the folks who put it in the work as the entire trail itself even the original tread from Hardscrabble Mesa has been noticeably worked, as what was once a malapai boulder ankle breaker is now a very nicely groomed trail that made it a breeze for the feet.
Did a little exploring once deep in the wilderness and as always solitude, solace and sanctuary found out in this mighty Mazzy land. |
