| partners | | Day 3 the plan was to do Agua Canyon Trail and Under the Rim in Bryce but Agua Canyon was closed so we decided to do another section of Grand View Trail. Late start after change of plans we hiked east on Grand View trail this time.
Hiking eastbound was an extension of the Pink Cliffs and some of the same great scenery from the other hike. Great trail on this section with some broad traverses and excellent views. Getting close to the turn around spot we dropped into a canyon which was aptly named Water Canyon. Sure, enough there was a decent flow from some springs in the cliffs upstream.
We stopped for a break and snack. I ventured upstream and wish had more time to explore since I’d like to see if the spring source was accessible. After I think about ¼ mile I returned to the trail and we started hiking back.
