| no partners | | Last hike of 2022, and it was new for me so I get my 500th unique hike, which is nice. I also was able to log well over 900 miles for the year and 300,000 feet of AEG for the first time since 2014, and that was really nice.
Not a bad hike. One I would do occasionally. A bit of a long drive for the length of it, but perfect for a day like today. I like that the road is paved 99% of the way.
After the hike proper we hiked around in the area of the rare cactus. Quiet a few of them out there and they are reproducing.
