Brian and I left the heat and did this today. Excellent day for it! Snow is melting fast, and a few people were hiking Wrightson. Might do that in a week or two, after the Crest Trail Loop.

Plenty of birds out, and Hermit Thrushes have returned. Also saw an Elegant Trogon right on the trail about half way down from Josephine Saddle. There was a speckled rattle snake near Baldy Saddle.

Water is flowing heavily in a few placces. Bellows Spring is a creek, but the pipe is destroyed so you will need to use the creek to filter.
