| no partners | | | My fellow vanpoolers all unexpectedly bailed, so I took advantage of the free morning and did this foothills loop before work. Started early by headlamp and then was hiking in the shade a lot. The sun warmed things up eventually, but there were some nice cool breezes throughout. Definitely won't park again where I did, even though it is a public Phoenix street with an absence of no parking signs. Somewhat expected there to be a neighborhood tryhard and wasn't surprised by the fake ticket on my windshield afterwards. It must be tough living sequestered away in such a sterile and superficial environment. Very nice SoMo hike notwithstanding. |
