After Monday's debacle, I decided to get right back up on that horse (bike) and get out for a ride with a set of new WTB Riddler tires. Took Maricopa trail from FINS to Dogbone for a few miles before peeling off and following some two track roads through the desert along farmlands out to Rainbow Valley road. A short jaunt south on Rainbow Valley to Germann (gravel) east to 173rd north. Took a lap around the oval "Dirt Track" and continued north to Estrella Parkway where I ran into my MTB friend Jane out for a ride on her Canyon gravel bike. We rode north to Maricopa trail, east/north to the Estrella High School, then north on Corgett Wash up around the lakes. I split off and followed neighborhood streets back to home. Fun, incident free, ride this morning.
