quick little fishing trip with campout at Knoll Lake. Problem was, lake was frozen!
no worries tho, the 5 of us still had a great time at a small scenic campsite on the south end of the lake. This was one of my first snowy backpacks and ... A new record for me, hammock camping at 22°F! and it couldnt have been better.. :D

this is a fantastic introduction to backpacking any of the Mogollon Rim Lakes and is a perrenial favorite for us fishermen. A good time had by all. see pics.
