| no partners | | First time on this trail...our church men's group started from our retreat area on Banjo Bill drive (near pine flats). We did part of the telephone trail, crossed 89a and up Harding. Pretty steep. I was feeling my age, wasn't a proud moment - this one pretty much kicked my rear, but I made it to the top.
Was considering the plateau hike north and then down cookstove, but only had 1/2 liter of water left and was already spent. Made the right decision to just go back to camp via the numerous trails along the creek.
Was hot, sunny day...but was good to be with my church bros. |
