| no partners | | | Was our most difficult hike of the day, but still amazing. VOF has much to offer for the photographer!! We started on the "Rock of Gibraltar" side - very exposed - can't imagine what hiking in the summer would be like at this park! Brutal. Continue across the flats to the Fire Wave...got some cool pics, but it was a bit crowded. Continued thru the "Seven Wonders" loop - crossed White Domes road and hiked thru some more slots and back up to the parking lot...very amazing geology!! Great day to do this hike...mild 50 degree temps, no wind. |
