First time doing the full loop in 3+ years. A cool morning but perfect conditions as the sun warmed us up. Lots of green and enough water to make it a challenge to cross washes without soaking the footgear.

Second Water Trail wasn't too bad, just rocky on the ascent toward Garden Valley. Black Mesa Trail seemed to fare a bit worse climbing up from Garden Valley, and a LOT worse on the descent from the high point. Not very enjoyable with all the jolting on this old body so I won't be chomping at the bit for a return.
