| no partners | | | Ron and Glen choose to hike Rhyodacite Canyon via Cougar Draw. Having been there in the past, I didn't think the wall could be negotiated. Ron and Glen convinced me otherwise. They gave me the encouragement and confidence to climb the vertical wall (in my mind anyway). Rhyodacite Canyon is beautiful in anyway it is approached. Last year Glen and I crosse the Salt river to reach the canyon. In the past we have seen big horn sheep in the canyon, but only saw a couple whitetail deer on this hike. |
