We found our entry trailhead from King's Ranch road had been closed because of new housing in the area. With no trailhead there, we had to use the Broadway trailhead. The Kings Ranch route was about 4 miles shorter than this one. We began with 6 hikers, but 3 dropped out before we reached the two mile point, so Todd, Jim and I pressed on. Sad that one posting of graffiti had been etched in the rock since my last visit. But the day was perfect for the hike and we didn't leave too much blood in the canyon.
