I was originally going to walk a short distance on the Clear Creek Trail, but then stumbled across this trail, which is part of the same trail system. Made a loop of the west trails. Easy walking, a few spots of easily avoided mud. Lots of deer, squirrels, and geese. Still some snow along the banks of the creek. Perfect short walk from my hotel. Pleasant temps, no jacket needed. Finished right at sunset.
