Wandered in to Maiden Pools after work. The pools are dry and the canyon looks like it hasn't seen any real flow in months. They were locking the resort down for some event and almost didn't let me in to the trail head until I threatened to raise holy heck with PC Parks and Rec and the County Supervisors. If only there was just a little rain...
