I have a book of 10 Sedona hikes and have only done 4 this year so I picked 3 to do today. First up was West Fork. I wanted to try and get in early before the crowds. I parked up the road and hit the trail around 6:30. It was so peaceful going in and there was some nice color here and there. The highlight was on the way out. I got to meet a famous HAZ hiker. It was Tibber. It was nice to finally meet you Tibber. I really enjoy talking to someone that enjoys life and the outdoors so much.Turns out HAZ minds think alike, they parked in the same pullout I parked in. She said she was with Kat but didn't know where she was. There was a lady talking with a grumpy guy but I've never met her so I'm not sure. Kat if that was you I'm sorry I didn't stop and talk. That's not the Haz way. It didn't dawn on me until later that it might have been you. :D Great hike but way to many people comming in as I was leaving.
