A very pleasant and green day to take a hike and try and learn how to use the new camera.
Being a day short of St. Paddys day it was nice to see all of the green finery that the dessert has to offer after a very wet winter. Some of the wildflowers were starting to bloom but haven't done it in full force yet. The red buds on the very green ocotillos were very pretty. I just hiked the full San Tan Trail to where it meets the Goldmine Trail, which was the trail used to exit the park. Now to see if I can figure out how to do a photoset and I won't be doing a GPS log for this trip because there are allready done for the major trails in this park.
