Took a friend up to do the Barnhardt Trail and had a blast. We talked about doing the whole loop and coming back the Y-Bar but both had some early evening plans and... well, it was dang hot! Low elevation was a scorcher but once we got higher, it turned out really pleasant. I don't think I'll hit this trail again till the fall, though. We hiked up to the Mazzy Divide trail and then a little farther to the pine meadow that is oh, so nice. I remembered my camera this time!
