but surprisingly, there were not too many people on the trail. I lingered long on the summit, enjoying the snowy Peaks, and the distant golden aspens of the Inner Basin. It was a very special day, full of beauty and peace. This hike was the highlight of the fall for me, and a great end of season adventure on one of my most favorite peaks.
