An awesome adventure not to be forgotten. Started from Crosscut Trail, following the ever present cairns for the majority of the route. As we made our way up we saw a couple helicopters ferrying parts of the debris from the recent airplane crash, or at least we surmised that must have been what was happening. Wonderful hike with different feels to it, the experience partly due to the route finding. We saw only one hiker at elevation near the Falls, as we came down around 11:00 he was heading up to the top of the mountain. To the top, down Siphon Draw, then back around to the parking lot. Done this trail hundreds of times he said. (!) ... Must return hopefully with some runoff.
