| no partners | | Finally getting around to a triplog for a quick overnight backpack my best friend and I did last weekend. Weather was perfect, couldn't have asked more much better. Saw tons of people coming out as we were coming in, but nobody after about 2.5-3 miles. Cabin is pretty sweet, nice having a picnic table for "soft" backpacking. Did some early morning bouldering, played some boulder hopin lasertag, and finally left a hikeaz ad before the much easier hike out. Great trail close to phoenix, cool rugged beauty with the boulders, all in all had a great time!  |
