First time doing this hike. GPSJoe's posted GPS track helped immensely in navigating the connection after the corral; the trail in that part fades in and out. Otherwise the trail was in great shape. It gets a little rocky climbing through the boulders but nothing too difficult. There was plenty of clear running water in Pine Creek and Camp Creek.

The weather was perfect for hiking. I didn't see any other people all day until I was nearing the trailhead on my return, which surprised me because I always assumed this was a busy trail being so accessible.
