| no partners | | | Did this hike following a Picketpost summit hike. Went about a mile past the end of the official gps track, which puts you on Telegraph Canyon Rd. I didn't see the Apache Tears mine. Not sure exactly where it is. Also went almost a half mile further on the AZT past the fork. Not much new to see though. Checked out some of the mines up on the west side of the wash on the way back. Some cool stuff there. Decent amount of wildflowers still around, even some poppies. Foxtail and gnats are nasty. |
