I drove from Flagstaff to the Irvine parking area and hiked up the Flume Trail. I spend several hours at the Fossil Springs area and swam a little. I saw a Black Tail Rattlesnake on the way back down the Flume Trail. I also hiked to the waterfall from the second parking lot.
