Amazingly, this place seems to have been forgotten. Or at least many have not been made aware that the trails are re-opened. Of course the day use fee may dissuade some; but, it also means a much cleaner environment. You can easily find a place along the road to park for free. In any event, the water is flowing and early morning temperatures made for perfect hiking.
