| no partners | | | Backpacked from First Water to Peralta with my brother. Water everywhere. Agreeable Temps. Outstanding trip. We came from Minnesota, so the goal was to immerse in the wilderness and come out when the food was gone. We milked this 18 miles for four nights. But with shade and water, it's nice to linger over that extra cup of coffee in the morning, set up camp by mid-afternoon, and read or whatever until it's time to light the campfire after dark. Thoroughly laid back and enjoyable! |
