| no partners | | Walked the neighborhood with Muesli and Micah and swung by the house to meet Sarrah after work. Up an down all the steep roads in the neighborhood for a little elevation. 400' elevation in .52 of a mile from my house to Mountain Road. The Bob and Micah for resistance. Stopped by Mesha and Melody the horse to give them a carrot since Micah loves all animals.
Spent 2 weeks at sea level and 1 week in Iowa visiting family so not much time for anything but family walks and yard work. The last day we had bad thunderstorms was the day I had free and planned to ride my mountain bike to do the other side of Pikes Peak via the Crags.  Maybe next time home.
The flash floods and rain have been mostly gone for the last week and hopefully the Monsoons are pretty much done. |
