Many months of persistent research :doh:

(mostly thanks to Oregon Hiker- Larry), and after two previously planned and later cancelled day trips (mostly thanks to Mother Nature), finally Kelly, Larry, and I were able to plan and schedule a safely doable off-trail "out and back" bushwhack to visit this lesser known and seldom visited Sierra Ancha Wilderness ~700 year old "Salado Indian Cliff Dwelling" site.

We three had a most rewarding day visiting this ancient habitation cliff dwelling site located in a very remote, rugged, and scenic cliffs area up from Upper Cherry Creek Canyon Drainage.

For those interested in ancient ruins, our now posted triplogs and pic sets (with captions and tag notes) will hopefully express some of the satisfaction and rewards we had from locating and finally having the opportunity to visit this site in person
