Bridger Peak is nothing to call home about unless you break a leg or something while you're up there. Just a county highpoint that is purely arbitrary. It's not very far from Naomi so if you're going to get one, you might as well get the other.

Missed my "trailhead" on the way in and drove all the way to Idaho (see GPS route for punchline). The trail goes straight up the hillside at first, then grows a little more faint in places, then you leave it and head generally NE to the peak. I aimed for the top of the ridge and then followed it north to the peak. I saw a huge buck up there and later heard a gunshot nearby so I hope they missed.

On the way back was just looking for the "clearest" path. When I ran into the trail again, I decided I'd go for Swan Peak really quick and headed uphill, then realized it would be dark by the time I got there so I turned around (complete waste of time).

Drove back to Logan for some delicious fajitas. I didn't want to move after that so I crammed myself in the backseat of the CR-V for a night at Walmart.
