| no partners | | | I had promised my wife that we would not have another toe jammer like the day before, but the lower part of this (nearing Stechelberg) was just that. Otherwise a beautiful hike from Murren to Gimmelwald to Stechelberg. Simply outstanding. The only way to get to Murren is by train. We walked back down the valley from Stechelberg toward Lauterbrunnen, but gave up as we neared the Trummelflage (sp?) and took the bus. You will be hard pressed to find a prettier place anywhere. Check the photos. |
