I posted the track here even though we did this as a key exchange between Madera Canyon and Florida Canyon. However, most of the trail is on the Florida Canyon and Florida Crest Trails. We had a great, sunny day but a little cool and windy for my taste. The amazing part was that we met the Madera bound group within a couple of hundred feet of where we did last year. Some snow above 6000 feet but nothing major. We saw no one on the Crest part since it is pretty much off the beaten track, but this section is amazing and different from either Madera or Florida. Lots of folks going to Wrightson. The Florida to Madera aeg is 1000 feet more than the reverse.
