| no partners | | Fall colors have really arrived in southern Wisconsin.
I went for a “photo-op” boat ride recently (last boat ride before taking the boat out), and captured some great autumn foliage. I also walked around the area to capture more fall colors. My early morning photos, with that low sun angle, really made the fall leaves brighten up.
Interestingly, 50 miles south (in northern Illinois), the fall color change is just now starting to ‘happen’. I had occasion to watch a soccer game in Illinois and gathered more ‘just-starting-to-happen’ fall colors.
Taking the photos is the fun part of fall in the midwest.
Raking all those leaves and disposing of them is not a ‘photo-op’. It’s a pain in the ………… 
I’ll let someone else do the raking this year.
I’ll be too busy hiking, in HAZ country, in a week. |
