It was another fine hike up to Pk 5024, with side trips to the T-38 wreck area and a stroll out on the Flatiron.

My last two hikes had a total ‘AEG’ of 3 feet (an exaggeration, but the AEG wasn’t much), so I thought I’d wake up my leg muscles a bit. Friday morning meant few people hiking, and no one on Pk 5024. I took my time at the wreck sight, and wandered all over Pk 5024. Only a few people were on Flatiron.

Two observations:
1 - The flag(s) on Pk 5024 (there have been two different ones in the last few years) are gone.
2 - The paint sprayed on rocks, (Arrows-To-The top), that HAZ members assisted in eradicating, are fading away nicely.

That’s it - A nice hike.
