A shortened version of the Peter-Hoolie Bacon Loop hike, with a side trip to check out Little Hawk Spring. Lots of pokey things encountered on the hike but this was a great outing. We both really enjoyed the Little Hawk Spring area. Next time we may approach it from the top.

Both Peter's Trail and Hoolie Bacon Trail are badly overgrown. Wear pants and long sleeves.
