| no partners | | A gorgeous day riding along the beach. We rode a bit at Doheny, but we opted out of going inland along San Juan Creek trail, which is an asphalt trail following a completely cemented-in creekbed, sadly.
We reloaded the bikes onto the car for our second ride of the day, at San Clemente.
Neither of these places offer very many miles of shoreline riding. It would be nice to be able to ride for several days on a bike path along the coast, but that ain't gonna happen. They'd have to tear down the houses of the rich and famous, I suppose. |
