Started off on the trail about 9:30 Saturday morning. It was a beautiful overcast day. We made our way up second water trail to black mesa then took that to lost dutchman. From the lost dutchman trail we jumped on bluff top and looped around back to lost dutchman and on to Charlebois spring. Made camp near the spring and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon. We were pretty surprised at how rocky the trails were, if definitely made for some slower hiking. This was my first trip to the Superstitions and I was blown away at how beautiful it was. We got a bit of rain overnight. Sunday morning we broke camp and hit the trail around 9:30. We took lost dutchman all the way back to the cars getting in around 2 oclock. Great hike!
