This is a very typical pretty Payson forest hike. I took the Rim Road then FR139 and parked at the west TH. Took the eastbound direction. Returned when I got to U-bar. You can make it a loop hooking it up with any of the other trails in the Cabin Loop. I did a Fred Haught - General Crook - Houston Bros loop a while back. Next time I will do U-Bar or make another loop overnighter that includes U-Bar.
