| no partners | | I headed up toward Show Low after the Kinishba Ruins site. I really had no plans for today. I came across this hiking and biking area. I pulled over and started hiking. 2 miles into the hike, I decided to go off the Buena Vista Trail, and take some biking trails. I liked the biking trails better. They where one track weaving in and out of trees, instead of the larger 4x4 /ohv trail. It started out nice and sunny with a cool breeze. It ended up raining hard for over an hour! The lighting was close and the thunder was loud. It was a muddy trek back to the truck.
Still a great hike. |
