Pretty cool hike, perfect weather. Did this as an out and back; went to the abandoned dam and turned around. Lots of water in the canyon, nothing flowing but a few trickling. Saw several lion tracks and a few deer tracks in the mud by the pools, but no animals themselves. If I had a whole day, wouldn't mind doing the loop with one of the other trails.
