| no partners | | I wanted to get a few people out of the house. Two still stayed behind but the brother-in-law came with us. Since they had all done upper Fish Creek before a few times, I took them down lower. No water flow except some pools much further in. No feet got wet.
I refound the illegal mining operation. I took a look this time not expecting to find much but curious all the same as to where they had been working. It looks as though the operation is still ongoing. A newer generator is there now (full of gas). I'm not sure how long ago they last worked on it but very little is rusty. The spot they chose is very odd. I have to imagine something was found for them to keep coming back, bringing all those tools and digging there. It's been almost 4yrs since my super shady awkward encounter with them: [ triplog ] |
