Hit this Sweet little area on my way back from my main Hike today. Creek is flowing nicely still. Water was an odd Reddish Gold Color in spots. It appeared to be the Color of the Rocks. I wonder if Fish Creek is suffering from Golden Algae. Apache Lake had a terrible Fish Kill awhile back because of it.

I love the Apache Trail. It has to be at the very top of my favorite drives...

Messed around at the Bridge at the base of Fish Creek Hill for a bit, then enjoyed the Sunset at the Fish Creek Vista before heading home....It was a good day...

Wildflowers Observation Isolated
Very few blooms along the Creek. The Brittlebush Blooms are very heavy though on the Apache Trail starting about 5 miles this side of Canyon Lake...The Hills were covered in certain areas. Some Lupine along Apache Trail in spots....
