Most of the triplog info is in the description I just posted. I will add that once you get 100 yds away from the Romero Canyon Trail, you will likely not see another person. The stream that branches off Romero Creek is absolutely gorgeous with lots of photo ops. There are no other hikes/tracks for anything between the Sutherland and Romero Canyon Trails, except for the canyoneering-type climbs up or down Romero Canyon. This is on our list of things to do but I'm holding out for warmer weather, and the water flow is pretty big right now.
I was up on Sutherland Trail #6 recently and both 6001 and 5430 look doable from that side as well, with some fairly steep scrambling. The takeoff point would be about 1.5 miles above Cargodera Spring.
