I've gone out mountain biking several times, but I don't know a whole lot about it, and decided to join a little beginner skills clinic run by Amy Regan. She's an excellent instructor who went over a lot of the fundamentals of mountain biking.. great for beginner or as a refresher. Had fun riding the trails up around 40th St/Shea. Beginner-friendly area with just enough little hills and washes to keep things interesting.

After riding around for three(ish) hours, I joined James and his dad down at Spokes. Quite apropos. ;)
