| no partners | | I was looking for a shortish trip and a return to Richinbar for a closer look and a mesa edge walk fit the bill.
Taking a little more care I found some petroglyphs and grinding areas I'd missed before (but saw in Don Fu's pictures). I continued south along the edge above the Agua Fria: not too much to see except for a few scattered grinding slicks and bedrock metates.
Gaiters would have been a good idea - the foxtail is thick at the moment on Black Mesa. |
