Woke up really early on a cold morning in the tent (26 degrees) and went to the lodge to warm up, literally. I hung out by the fire until it was light enough to hit the trail. Once I got moving and the sun came out I didn't need my jacket, hat or gloves so I stashed them at the Fairyland Trailhead. From there I just enjoyed the sunrise and solitude on this loop on the northern section of the main park.
