Pitstop #3 on Southern Utah Trip. Trail was snow-covered on the northern slope, but still no problem hiking in tennis shoes. Nice views of the Peaks from the "lookout" point, but otherwise, not much visibility on Sunset Crater to the east, except through the trees here and there.

I'm guessing this would be more popular if there were an opportunity to climb Sunset Crater itself. I understand the erosion concern, though ....
